Tristan W. Statler

Tristan W. Statler was born and raised in the Cleveland Area. After graduating from Hawken School in Gates Mills, Tristan went to St. Lawrence University. Balancing studies with skiing, Tristan graduated cum laude with a B.A. in anthropology and economics.

Tristan attended law school at Case Western Reserve University School of Law receiving his juris doctorate in 2008. During law school, Tristan was involved in appellate advocacy and a member of the school’s National Moot Court team. During his third year, Tristan was a teaching assistant for the school’s Appellate Practice course working with second year students on brief writing and oral advocacy. Tristan received the Order of the Barrister’s award for his work in oral advocacy.

Tristan joined Stewart and DeChant after being admitted to the bar in 2008. His practice area within the firm focuses on personal injury and his interests include employment law and products liability as well.

Tristan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
